Payment & Delivery Terms
We accept payment for goods via all major credit, debit cards and Paypal and offer our customers a secure, reliable and trusted payment system meaning that we do not need to see or store your credit card details, therefore further reducing the risk of your card details being intercepted.
All prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 3pm (GMT) on the day of your order or if ordered after this deadline within 24 hours (subject to availability of stock and excluding weekends and Bank Holidays). If for any reason we cannot dispatch within this timeframe our customer services team will contact you using the email details you provide with your payment.
All card orders are carriage free within the UK and are dispatched by Royal mail.
Shipping to EU Countries and rest of the world
All shipping for International orders are charged by weight and will be calculated in your shopping cart at checkout.
Any orders cancelled before 3pm on the date of purchase and therefore before dispatch will be refunded in full the same day. Any orders already dispatched that you wish to cancel will be refunded in full on return of the goods in good condition (see Returns Policy for further details).
If you are unhappy with your purchase, we can either exchange or refund the items, providing we receive them back within 40 days of delivery. Please note that goods are returned at your own cost. We request that you return goods by registered post, as we cannot be responsible for parcels that do not reach us. Faulty items will be refunded in full including all postage costs. Your refund will be processed within 3 days of receipt of the returned goods. Refunds will be made to the same method of payment that was used for your order. You will receive an email confirmation of your refund having been processed, however please be aware that banks might take an additional 2-14 days to refund the amount to your card. Damaged, defective or incorrect goods will be replaced free of charge, within 48 hours of you contacting us and notifying us of the defective product.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
